We were there for 1 day, everything was good, really enjoyed its good and absolutely perfect location so close to the centre of town, and an Ibis establishment that was so poorly managed. This was our 2nd stay, they offered double room with balconies.

We had a great experience at Ibis in Balaruc-les-Bains. the location was perfect, with a lovely pool and a delicious breakfast buffet. the staff was very accommodating, even offering to store our dog's food in the fridge. the private parking was convenient, and the internet at the lobby was brilliant. We also appreciated the spa facilities and the excellent service we received at the reception.
